The purpose of the course was to raise the understanding of new challenges in the field of land policy and to deepen knowledge of land resource management at the community and agglomeration level. The seminar course consisted of 5 meetings with experts for in-depth discussion of such topics as land economy, land policy in cities and agglomerations, the connections between land and housing policy the participation of the moderator and participants.

Course objectives:

- to combine practical, analytical and theoretical knowledge in the topic of land policy with the help of speakers with different backgrounds
- identify key problems in the organizational and legal fields
- share and receive feedback on developments and research
- to put new issues for work on the agenda at the level of communities and regions
